Roasted Rosemary Potatoes

Ingredients

•4-6 medium - large potatoes (russets shown here, but use your favorite!)
•3-4 sprigs of Rosemary
•Extra Virgin Olive Oil
•Sea Salt

Directions

•Preheat oven to 400 degrees

•Peel and cut your potatoes into wedges. You can cut however you'd like, but this way, they turn out like nice thick steak fries.

•Coat them in olive oil, strip your Rosemary and toss it in, then sprinkle with a bit of sea salt to taste and toss.

•Lay them out on a baking sheet with parchment, and bake at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes. My oven heats from the bottom, so I turn the broiler on high instead of turning mine over and finish them off for about 10-15 minutes, watching closely.

Enjoy!
