Ingredients
•4-6 medium - large potatoes (russets shown here, but use your favorite!)
•3-4 sprigs of Rosemary
•Extra Virgin Olive Oil
•Sea Salt
Directions
•Preheat oven to 400 degrees
•Peel and cut your potatoes into wedges. You can cut however you'd like, but this way they turn our like nice thick steak fries.
•Coat them in olive oil, strip your Rosemary and toss it in, then sprinkle with a bit of sea salt to taste.
•Lay them out on a baking sheet with parchment, and bake at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes. My oven heats from the bottom so instead of turning mine over, I turn the broiler on high and finish them off for about 10-15 minutes, watching closely.
